Mauritius Standards Bureau (National Management Systems Certification Scheme) Regulations 2008 (GN No. 109 of 2008).

These Regulations, made by the Council of the Mauritius Standards Bureau under section 33 of the Mauritius Standards Bureau Act, concern a National Management Systems Certification Scheme which includes a National Food Safety Management System Certification Scheme and a National Environmental Management System Certification Scheme as approved by the Council.
The Regulations concern, among other things, application for a certificate of registration, the conduct of an assessment by authorized officers in registered firms, compliance with the of National Management Systems Certification Scheme by registered firms and misleading statements in respect of Scheme status.
