National Agricultural Products Regulations 2013 (GN No. 282 of 2013).

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 24 of the National Agricultural Products Regulatory Office Act 2013, concern, among other things, licences to be granted under the Act and provide rules for: the processing of leaf tobacco and tea leaves; manufacturing of tobacco products, tea and tea products; the slaughter of animals at the abattoir, or in a slaughterhouse approved by the National Agricultural Products Regulatory Office; the control of any seed or other planting material of a regulated product.
