Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 32 of the Plant Protection, provide for replacing the Schedule to the Act, concerning: variety of plants and lists of quarantine, and regulated non-quarantine pests including: bacteria and phytoplasmas, fungi, virus and viroids, nematodes, protozoa, insects and mites.
