Public Procurement (Amendment No. 3) Regulations, Government Notice no. 149 of 2023.

These Regulations, made by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Procurement Policy Office, under section 61 of the Public Procurement Act, 2006, provide for amending the Public Procurement Regulations of 2008. Amendments concern: deleting the definition of “parastatal body”; replacement of new paragraphs concerning the application and non-application of the provisions of the Act to specified public bodies with regard to specified contracts; insertion of new schedules concerning procurement of the Central Water Authority; non-application of the provisions of the Act to the procurement of goods, works, consultancy services or other services.
