Public Procurement (Amendment) Regulations, Government Notice no. 47 of 2023.

These Regulations, made by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Procurement Policy Office, under section 61 of the Public Procurement Act of 2006, provide for amending the First Schedule to the Regulations of 2008 by adding a Part concerning the Mauritius Meat Authority and the purchase of livestock for resale and/or slaughter.
