Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 24 of the Radiation Protection Act, concern registration with the Radiation Protection Authority of the acquisition of a sealed source or radiation generator and the becoming operational of a facility, i.e. any place where a source is being used or stored, except a place where a source is being temporarily used or stored.
