Abstract
This Act provides with respect to the registration of a microenterprise, small enterprise or medium enterprise with the Registrar of small and medium enterprises and the regulation of SMEs. SME Mauritius Ltd. shall replace the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority as the main promotor of SMEs in Mauritius.
