Abstract
This Act amends the Tourism Authority Act 2006 in Part of the First Schedule by inserting,a new item ("Dolphin and whale watching, together with swimming with dolphins"). This amendment brings about that this activity is defined as a tourism enterprise for purposes of section 2 the principal Act.
