Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 129(2)(o) of the Tourism Authority Act, provide rules for mooring and navigation by pleasure crafts or fishing boats in a stretch of sea as described in the Schedule to these Regulations. pleasure crafts or fishing boats are prohibited from carrying out any activity in the Navigation Channel.
