Abstract
This Act amends the Utility Regulatory Authority Act 2004 in section 10; (a) in subsection (2), by repealing paragraph (a); (b) in subsection (3), by repealing paragraph (a). These provisions are on limitations for qualification as a Chairperson of the Board of the Utility Regulatory Authority.
