Waste Water (Miscellaneous Waste Water Services) (Fees) Regulations 2012 (GN No. 186 of 2012).

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 47 of the Waste Water Management Authority Act concern the application for wastewater services to be provided by the Waste Water Management Authority against fees set out in these Regulations. The application shall be made in the form set out in the Second Schedule. Where the Authority is of the opinion that waste water works have to be carried out, the procedure stipulated in section 40 of the Act shall apply.
