Abstract
This Act makes provision for the protection of consumers and for the safety of consumer goods and services.
The Act provides for: the obligation to disclose prices of goods and services; prohibited misleading or deceptive practices in relation with the marketing or providing of goods and services; labelling requirements on packaged food products indicating ingredients and expiry date; prohibition to sell expired goods; penalties; etc.
