Abstract
This Regulation provides for amending the Regulations no. R/20 of 2021 on the abstraction and discharge of water from the ground for construction and other industrial projects. The amendments include: the insertion of a new subparagraph, after article 9 (g) of the main Regulation, concerning the application for a permit requested after starting the water abstraction procedures; related penalties; renewal of permits; determination of fines.
