Regulations no. R/63 of 2018. 4th Amendment to the Waste Management Regulations

These Regulations provide for amending the Waste Management Regulations no. R/58 of 2013. The amendments concern: enforcement of the Regulations by the Executive Authority on behalf of the Ministry; responsibility to the relevant public institutions for the implementation of the Regulations; measures for waste disposal; disposal of domestic waste; equipment of seagoing vessels with suitable container for the waste collection; management of waste generated for industrial purposes; introduction of new terms; collection of taxes and levies; penalties and offences in case of misconduct and violations of the provisions of the Regulations.
