Regulations no. R/90 of 2017. 3rd Amendment to the Waste Management Regulations.

These Regulations provide for amending the Waste Management Regulations no. R/58 of 2013. Amendments concern: the introduction of a subparagraph to article 8 of the main Regulations, concerning the management and disposal of hazardous waste; provisions related to the transportation of waste within the territory of the State; the establishment of waste disposal facilities; measures for export of hazardous and special waste; categories of waste to be controlled in the event of a transboundary movement of waste; offences and penalties in case of misconduct.
