Abstract
These Rules place restrictions on the movement of farm animals, i.e. cattle, sheep, goats, poultry and swine. Movement of an animal from one district to another without a permit of a veterinary inspector or other authorized persons is prohibited. Movement of diseased animals requires a permit from a veterinary officer. Owners of land may detain trespassing farm animals for which no permit was obtained. Diseases among animals fro which a permit was obtained shall be notified.
