Abstract
These Rules concern permits for the removal of pigs from areas declared to be infected with swine fever under section 4 of the Control and Diseases of Animals Act. A permit shall be issued by an inspector in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Rules. The Rules concern also the confinement of pigs and their detention and destruction.
