Abstract
This Law is mandatory throughout the State of Guerrero; its provisions are of public order and social interest and its purpose is to promote sustainable development by preventing the generation, use and comprehensive management of urban solid waste and special handling that are not considered dangerous by the Federal Legislation of the matter, as well as the prevention of contamination and remediation of soils contaminated with waste.
