Abstract
This Law regulates Article 26 of the Political Constitution of the Free and Sovereign State of Durango, in accordance with the General Law of Ecological Balance and Environmental Protection, in the terms established in Article 73, section XXIX-G of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.
