Control of Supplies Regulations 1974

The present Regulations regard the trade as well as the manufacture of certain products listed out in the Schedule attached, which covers wheat flour, sugar, fertilizer, cooking oil and bread. As per Regulation 3, no person shall deal by wholesale or retail in such articles except under and in accordance with a licence to be issued by the Controller of Supplies under Regulation 4. The Schedule contains also the specimen of the licence and related renewal.
