Abstract
The Regulations are divided into the following Parts: Preliminary (I); Formation of Area Farmers' Organization (II); Formation of State Farmers' Organization (III); Formation of National Farmers' Organization (IV); Members, Member-units, Representatives and Directors (V); General Meeting, Election, Assumptions of Office and Dismissal (VI); Finance (VII); Dissolution (VIII); Miscellaneous (IX). The procedure for the formation of the organizations includes: (a) formation of the committees; (b) adoption of the constitution; (c) application for the registration; (d) nomination, powers and termination of the protem committee. Furthermore, the regulations establish the rules of procedure of the organizations, the nomination, privileges and duties of members, suspension and cessation of membership, etc. As far as financial provisions are concerned, Part VII regulates, among other matters, the investment of funds, the share-holding arrangement, the liability of the members, the accounts to be kept. Final provisions concern the liquidation procedure after dissolution or cancellation of registration.
