Abstract
These Regulations amend the Farmers’ Organization Regulations, 1983.
Amendments include: deletion of regulation 30; deletion of paragraph (c) of subregulation 31(1); and substitution of subregulation (3) of regulation 39 with a new subregulation referring to annual general meetings of Farmers’ Organizations.
