Abstract
These Regulations specify the requirements for the grading, packaging and labelling of the agricultural produce specified in the First Schedule in order to improve their quality.
The Regulations stipulate that all agricultural produce for sale, export or import must undergo conformity inspection conducted by the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority. A certificate of conformity shall be issued if all requirements are satisfied and upon payment of fees as specified in the text.
The Regulations further provide for offences and for provisions of miscellaneous nature.
