Abstract
These Regulations regulate the marketing of fish through the licensing of wholesalers, retailers, fish processors, and importers and exporters.
The Regulations prescribe and regulate the packing, grading, weighing and storing of fish.
The Regulations further provide for: fish quality control and good fish handling practices; methods of fish sale by way of auction; fish carrying permits; prohibition on dealing with fish unsafe for human consumption; etc.
