Forest (Amendment) Enactment 1996 (No. 1 of 1996).

In subsection [1] of section 3 of the Principal Act the words "a Deputy Director" in line 1 are amended in "two Deputy Directors". Subsection [2] of section 4 is amended by substituting for the words "the Deputy Director" in line 2 the words "any Deputy Director". In section 15 the after the words "with approval of the Cabinet" is inserted the word "Minister". In section 24, subsection [1] the word "Minister" is replaced by the word "the Cabinet". After the word "sawmills" in subparagraph [1] of paragraph [e] of subsection [1] of section 42 the words "and other timber processing mills" are inserted.
