Abstract
The enactment provides for the constitution of several Forest Reserves, which are specified in the list of the Schedule thereto.
Section 22 of the Forests Enactment is amended as follows: "No Forest Reserve shall cease to be a Forest Reserve or any portion thereof shall be excised from such Reserve except by Enactment or except where it is required for conversion to a Park, a Game Sanctuary or a Bird Sanctuary under the law for the time being in force relating thereto".
