Abstract
This Order is enacted in exercise of in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 34(1) of the Gas Supply Act 1993 [Act 501].
All offences under the Act and subsidiary legislations made under the Act may be compounded except offences under subsections 5(4), 29(5) and 30(3) of the Act.
