Geographical Indications Regulations, 2001.

These Regulations set out the rules on the administration and registration of geographical indications.
The Regulations prescribe the fees to be paid to the registrar; prescribe forms to be used under the Act; set out application forms for the registration of a geographical indication and procedures and requirements to be followed for the application; prescribe forms for the certificate of registration; etc.
