Abstract
These Regulations are enacted to implement the International Trade in Endangered Species Act, 2008 (Act No. 686 of 2008).
The Regulations prescribe the offences committed under the provisions of the International Trade in Endangered Species Act 2008 that may be compounded, offer and acceptance of compound, payment of compound, etc.
