Section 15A on discipline of officers and servants has been amended by substituting subsections (8) and (9) and by inserting new subsections (10) and (11). The Act inserts after section 15A the following sections: 15B on the establishment of a Disciplinary Appeal Board; and 15C on the termination of the service of an officer or servant in the public interest. Section 32A on disciplinary regulations is amended by substituting subsection (4) with a new one and by inserting new subsections (5) and (6).
