Abstract
The Lembaga Padi dan Beras Negara Act 1971 is hereby amended and supplemented as follows: Section 32, concerning the power of the Lembaga to make regulations, is modified and supplemented; new Sections 17A and 32A, dealing with surcharge and power of the Lembaga to make disciplinary regulations respectively, are added. The Schedule is amended too.
