Abstract
These Guidelines are developed in accordance with the Pesticide Act 1974 (Act 149).
No one can advertise a pesticide before obtaining the approval by the Pesticide Board. Only pesticides registered with the Board may be advertised. Each approval by the Board must be numbered and the number must be displayed or clearly marked.
