Abstract
The present Act lays down several amendments to the Wild Life Act 1972, mainly concerning administration and appointment of officers and related powers (such as seizure and arrest), licences necessary for certain activities (including hunting, taxidermy, imports or exports of wild life species), acts which are prohibited in wild life sanctuaries, as well as offences and related penalties.
