This Decree approves the Regulation for the residue disposal originating from the industry and hospital activities. This Regulation consists of 5 chapters and 5 annexes specifying the protective procedures to be applied in order to avoid environmental disaster. This Regulation defines: Environmental control requirements on toxic residues originating from the said activities (Chap. 1); Licensing for waste disposal (2); National Programme for the Management of Wastes (3); Information to be given to the competent authority (4); Controls and inspection (5). Annexes list the categories of wastes to be controlled (including dangerous wastes, disposal, etc.).
