Abstract
This Act establishes protective requirements to be satisfied in order to exploit the environmental sector and impact assessment conditions in order to avoid environmental disasters. It consists of 34 articles defining natural elements, as well as authorized activities relevant to the exploitation of the environment. It also establishes national programmes for environmental management under the responsibility of competent authorities.
