Abstract
This Decree, composed of five articles and one Annex, rules on the National Institute for Hydrography and Navigation – INAHINA, a public body in charge for technical and scientific activities relates to oceanography, hydrography and marine navigation, with the aim of navigation safety and environmental protection. The Annex is composed of 34 articles divided in five chapters. It provides INAHINA new Statute, defining its legal nature, functions and competences, as well main bodies and internal structure.
