Abstract
This Decree creates the National Institution of Chartography and Navigation (INAHINA). It approves the Statute of this Institution, which is divided into 14 articles, the aim of which is the promotion, research and development of: chartography, security in navigation, vessel markings, etc. It specifies composition, responsibilities and duties of the aforementioned Institution.
