Decree No. 30/2012 establishing forestry exploitation requirements with an ordinary licence.

This Decree approves the requirements to be met for forestry exploitation with an ordinary licence and terms, conditions and incentives for forestry nursery establishments. These requirements are organized in 2 Chapters and 1 Annex specifying all the necessary conditions to be satisfied to exploit forestry resources (Chap. I) as well as for forestry nursery establishments (Chap. II). The Annex specifies the model form to be filled in order to request incentives for the above mentioned purpose.
