Decree No. 43/97 creating the Institute for the Improvement of the Cashew Tree Plantation (INCAJU).

This Decree creates the Institute for the Improvement of the Cashew Tree Plantation (INCAJU) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. It consists of 12 articles dealing with the competencies and duties of this national Institute entitled to promote the cashew tree plantation and to improve its exploitation within the national territory. The text includes the Statute and specifies the composition and responsibilities of such authority.
