Abstract
This Decree approves the Regulation on the prohibition of production, use, import, export commercialization or transport of asbestos and its derivatives. This Regulation, composed of 7 articles, establishes in details the aforementioned prohibition in order to protect the habitat and the human health. Exceptions are mentioned for research or scientific purposes. Sanctions for illegal activities are prescribed in the text.
