Decree No. 99/2024 approving the Regulation on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.

This Regulation aims to establish rules on the protection and control of international trade in endangered species of fauna and flora described in Appendices I, II, and III of CITES. The rules established in this Regulation apply throughout the national territory and to all natural or legal persons, public or private, national or foreign, involved in international trade in endangered species of fauna and flora. The provisions of this Regulation also apply to citizens and entities of countries that are not parties to the CITES Convention.
