Government Regulation No. 34/72 amending article 10 of Government Regulation No. 50/71 (regulating shrimp fishing).

Amending article 10 establishes that trawl net vessels, whose shrimp fishing activity is performed along bay or estuary, must have on board a freezing system which may reach -35°C. Fishing vessels which have a trawl net shrimp fishing licence, but non complying with aforementioned provisions, must not perform their activity for more than 2 days because of conservation requirements of products (ice relation must be 4 parts to 1 of fishing products). This article also provides for sanitary and hygienic measures.
