Government Regulation No. 50/71 amending Government Regulation No. 2.893, on shrimp fishing.

This Government Regulation consists of 28 articles, authorizing shrimp fishing in jurisdictional waters of Mozambique to national or foreign fishing vessels (art. 1). Article 2 establishes a maximum number of 100 authorized fishing vessels. Crew must be of Portuguese nationality (art. 3). It also provides for fishing gear, requirements to be satisfied for obtaining a fishing licence and sanctions to be paid by offenders.
