This Law regulates the offences to be imposed for environmental illegal activities. It consists of 5 chapters specifying illegal environmental activities and relevant sanction to be imposed by the competent authority. It defines: General principles and specifies illegal activity (Chap. 1); Enforcement of sanctions and penalties (2); Legal procedures and administrative proceedings (3); Crimes against the environment (4); Final provisions (5).
