Abstract
This Ministerial Order aims to ensure the effective fulfilment in the provision of simplified services and to improve the costs related to the implementation of the mining activity and compliance with the Laws and Regulations applicable to the development of the extractive industry and infrastructures in the Country, with a view to boosting them at a national level, pursuant to article 4 of Resolution No. 5/2016 of 20 June, the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, creates the Provincial Delegation of the National Institution of Mines (INAMI), in the provinces of Niassa, Nampula, Zambézia and Manica.
