Ministerial Order No. 20/2019 approving the Regulation of the Agricultural Development Fund (FDA).

This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation of the Agricultural Development Fund (FDA) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security. This Regulation, consisting of 39 articles divided into six Chapters, establishes the composition, duties and competencies of the above mentioned Fund entitled to perform the following activities: carry out studies, programmes and projects for the development of the sector; mobilize resources to promote financial services in the agricultural sector; promote, attract and monitor public and private investments in the agricultural sector; and promote the agricultural financial system in rural areas.
