Ministerial Order No. 80/2009 approving the Regulation of the Agricultural Development Fund (FDA).

This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation of the Agricultural Development Fund (FDA) under the Ministry of Agriculture. This Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes the composition and competencies of the above mentioned Fund competent for agricultural, forestry and silvo and pastoralism sectors, at National and local level. The Regulation is divided as follows: Structure and competencies (Chap. I); Partners (Chap. II); Local Authorizations (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
