Abstract
This Ministerial Order establishes the Tariff Book for harbours in fishery sector. It regulates commercial fishing activities to be performed by National and foreign fishing vessels within National harbours of Mozambique. It consists of 4 articles and several Tables specifying taxes to be paid and requirements to be satisfied in order to perform artisanal, semi-industrial and industrial fishing activity. It also specifies authorized fish species and processing requirements. Sanctions are appended for illegal activity.
