Abstract
This Ministerial Order amends the model of the Statute for the Provincial Delegations of the National Administration of Fisheries (ADNAP), approved by Ministerial Decree No. 52/2012 of 2 May. Amendments deal with administrative proceedings establishing that the heads of department shall be appointed by the Director-General of ADNAP, after consultations with the Provincial Delegate.
