Ministerial Order No. 251/2011 approving the Regulation of the National Institution for Fisheries Research (IIP).

This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation of the National Institution for Fisheries Research (IIP). The Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes duties and competencies of the above mentioned Institution, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. This Institution aims at the scientific management and research of fisheries resources under the Mozambican jurisdiction. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Composition and structure (Chap. II); Technical committees (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
